Job Title:

Brand Development Specialist

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute brand growth initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand development, including annual production units, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Analyze competitors and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.

Product & Business Development:

  • Assess product ranges and introduce new features to stay ahead of market trends and customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Plan and execute brand development and promotion strategies.

Marketing & Retail:

  • Monitor and analyze sales, marketing campaigns, and advertisement activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to analyze sales trends and customer feedback.

Production and Outsourcing:

  • Oversee in-house production and establish KPIs for the production team to ensure smooth supply of products to outlets.
  • Source high-quality products from new vendors and maintain healthy relationships.
  • Plan product displays and aesthetics to attract customers and enhance sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and display management techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing brand strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, establishing KPIs, analyzing competitors, assessing product ranges, identifying business opportunities, planning brand development strategies, monitoring sales and marketing activities, collaborating with sales and design teams, overseeing production and outsourcing.
