We are searching for a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in Node.js and NestJS to lead the development of backend features and RESTful APIs using NestJS.

About the Position:

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to lead backend development efforts from architecture to deployment. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining secure, efficient, and reusable backend services, implementing and maintaining role-based access control and validation logic, and troubleshooting and debugging complex backend issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of backend features and RESTful APIs using NestJS
  2. Collaborate with frontend and cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions
  3. Build and maintain secure, efficient, and reusable backend services
  4. Implement and maintain role-based access control and validation logic
  5. Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues
  6. Write clean, modular, and testable code
  7. Ensure backend scalability and performance
  8. Contribute to documentation and system architecture improvements
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in backend development
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and NestJS
  • In-depth knowledge of API development, database design, and system security
  • Experience with role and permission management systems
  • Solid understanding of backend testing, validation, and error handling
  • Ability to work during EST business hours (5 PM – 2 AM PST)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
