Job Title: Medical Billing Sales Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team in the medical billing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and client acquisition.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the medical billing sector.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical billing & RCM sector, build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, and present and promote medical billing services to prospective clients.
  2. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and retention.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in medical billing or healthcare BPO.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of medical billing, RCM, and healthcare industry regulations, good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, experience with CRM tools and lead management, and ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Benefits:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of 35k to 40k + uncapped monthly commission, depending on experience. The job is located in Techno City 2, 6th Road, Rawalpindi, and the working hours are from 6 PM to 3 AM (night shift).
