We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Global Talent Operations Manager.

This position requires a unique blend of talent acquisition, HR operations, and cultural expertise. As a Global Talent Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving full-cycle international recruitment, seamless onboarding, and ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Your primary objectives include:

  • Driving international recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top global talent.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements across different regions.
  • Designing and managing a seamless, engaging onboarding experience for international new hires.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for international employees on HR-related matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies across different regions.
  • Supporting employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR systems with a focus on data integrity.
  • Tracking and reporting key talent metrics (time-to-hire, retention, engagement) and suggesting data-driven improvements.

A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in international talent acquisition, HR operations, or people experience roles.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of global employment laws, cultural nuances, and international HR practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring and operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different time zones and cultures.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data.
