This Senior Consultation Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating control implementation and remediation activities across various IT systems.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that technology controls are properly understood and applied by IT System Owners (ITSOs). You will participate in control owner forums, document key control expectations, and support ITSOs during internal and external audits.

In addition, you will work closely with ITSOs to capture and update remediation plans for control gaps. You will track progress of remediation actions and escalate delays or risks as needed.

You will also maintain up-to-date records of audit findings, Key Control Indicator breaches, and control deficiencies. Furthermore, you will assist in preparing regular dashboards and reports to highlight the risk/control status across our verticals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation or process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate control implementation and remediation activities

  • Maintain up-to-date records of audit findings and control deficiencies
  • Assist in preparing regular dashboards and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT risk management or control implementation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
