We are seeking an accomplished and diligent individual with experience working within the accounting sector.

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
  1. Carrying out day-to-day bookkeeping for clients with meticulous attention to detail
  2. Preparing VAT returns
  3. Monthly closing of accounts
  4. Preparing year-end working paper file up to final trial balance
  5. Assisting in finalizing the year-end accounts and corporation tax return
  6. Maintaining a monthly payroll run

Given our focus on serving UK-based clients, we will provide necessary training on taxation where required; however, the ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of bookkeeping and preparing trial balances from client records.

A proficient level of Excel expertise is essential, as well as experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, VT Transaction, and Xero.
