
Support Specialist for Visa Applications

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Support Visa Consultants in daily operations by managing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Organize and review visa application documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Record and maintain accurate client data using CRM tools or spreadsheets, tracking application progress and deadlines.
- Clients include individuals from various backgrounds, requiring attention to detail, discretion, and excellent communication skills when interacting with them.
- Coordinate client meetings and appointments at embassies, consulates, or third-party service providers, considering factors like time zones, schedules, and requirements.
- The successful candidate will have high proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of CRM tools, and experience working in an administrative role, ideally within visa services or a similar industry. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
- The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, maintain accurate records, ensure data privacy, and work collaboratively within the team environment.
