This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves overseeing the billing process, managing client billing and invoicing, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all billing procedures. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills for effective client interactions and experience in client billing and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire billing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.\
  • Manage client billing and invoicing to meet business needs.\
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate records and resolve any issues.\
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in medical billing and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management).\
  • Implement processes to improve billing efficiency and reduce errors.\
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional service and support.\
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on billing performance and trends.\
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.\
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives.\
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement processes to achieve them.\
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.\
  • Perform other duties as required by management.\
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.\
  • Travel occasionally may be required.\
  • Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.\
