
Sales Growth Manager

Gul Bottlers (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to fill the role of Area Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned areas, including identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing relationships.
- Distribution Network Management: Oversee the efficient distribution network to improve sales performance, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers and distributors.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand competitors, market trends, and customer needs, informing sales strategies and decisions.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing customers and distributors, identifying opportunities for repeat business and expanding the customer base.
