Job Purpose

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Consultant who possesses the skills required to bring on new clientele. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, confidence and discipline to cold-call potential customers as well as possess basic selling skills to engage potential customers in accordance with their needs and how our services can provide a solution for them.

Responsibilities
  • Cold-calling to create interest in our services and generate new business leads.
  • Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • FOLLOWING up customer calls on a daily basis.
  • Generating qualified opportunities through networking events, outbound calling, seminars/webinars and various other sales-oriented activities.
  • Identifying client's goals, budget and vision for their business.
  • Proposing tailor-made marketing strategies to clients through our state-of-the-art proposal system.
  • Advising clients on their ongoing marketing campaigns managed by us.
  • Providing business consultation to clients to help them streamline their marketing processes.
  • Performing market research & providing feedback on future buying trends.
  • Completing call logs and reports.
  • OBTAINING new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in marketing/PR.
  • 6 months of experience in sales is desirable, along with exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital and online marketing services such as website development, SEO, PPC, social media and various other online marketing tactics.
  • Excellent proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office and general work-related software.
  • Research, prospecting and sales planning skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and ability to work with teams are essential.
  • Superior writing, editing and proofreading.
  • FOLLOWING instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results.
  • Passion, drive and desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients.

Initially, the candidate will receive on-the-job training as well.
