Our Department

The Department of Community Health Sciences (CHS) is a top unit in Pakistan recognized for its work in public health and primary healthcare systems. We offer opportunities to manage payment requests, ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. You will be responsible for following up with the finance department for timely payment transfers, preparing petty cash statements and resolving discrepancies. Additionally, you will maintain petty cash funds, document transactions, and coordinate temporary employment related to grants. Your responsibilities will also include organizing records for third-party contracts, purchase requisitions, and ROPs, as well as supporting grant managers with HRSG-related inquiries and ensuring accurate grant payments. Furthermore, you will check and respond to emails for effective communication within the team and collaborate with team members to plan events and workshops. Our ideal candidate will have an Intermediate or Bachelor's degree, at least one year of relevant experience in finance and administration, good computer literacy, Microsoft Office skills, excellent written and spoken English/Urdu command, strong interpersonal and team-building skills, flexibility, and ability to deal with challenging situations.
