Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated data extractor to generate high-quality lead lists for IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients across the USA in the IT services domain.
  • Extract and compile clean, accurate lead data including company name, contact person's name, job title, verified business email addresses, LinkedIn profile URLs, company size, industry, and location.
  • Maintain lead databases in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ensure all data collection is GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT service-based companies targeting the USA market.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, etc.
  • Ability to generate 500–1000 verified leads daily using free tools to minimize cost.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
