We are seeking a skilled Accounting/Finance professional to join our team as an Accounting/Finance Executive. In this role, you will assist with accounts payable/receivable, conduct bank reconciliations, prepare financial statements and reports, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and handle tax filings and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks, ensuring timely payment of invoices and managing cash flow.
  • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements, minimizing risk and optimizing tax efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex financial issues.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality financial information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
