Accounting / Finance Executive Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting/Finance professional to join our team. As an Accounting/Finance Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with accounts payable/receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, preparing financial statements and reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and handling tax filings and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks, ensuring timely payment of invoices and managing cash flow.
  • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements, minimizing risk and optimizing tax efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex financial issues.
