Job Title: Financial Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments to vendors and subcontractors, and preparing financial reports for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily records of financial transactions accurately.
  • Reconcile payments, ledgers, vouchers, and cash payments of vendors and suppliers efficiently.
  • Handle material purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and material receiving notes effectively.
  • Prepare and manage petty cash accounts, vouchers, and expense reports professionally.
  • Monitor and control site budgets, costs, and procurement expenses thoroughly.
Required Skills:
  • Familiarity with tax laws and invoicing procedures.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance is mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.

This is a permanent position working Monday to Saturday. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and organizational skills, as well as strong communication skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
