Content Creator Position

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-converting, visually appealing videos that drive engagement.

About the Role
  • Specialize in Instagram Reels, TikTok-style videos, and other short-form social media content.
Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and produce high-quality, portrait-style short videos (15–60 seconds) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Add dynamic captions, transitions, effects, and sound design to boost viewer retention.
  • Optimize videos for social media algorithms, ensuring they are hook-driven and engaging in the first 3 seconds.
  • Work with provided branding elements (fonts, colors, logos) to maintain consistency.
  • Suggest creative concepts and editing styles that align with AI automation and tech-driven marketing.
  • Deliver projects quickly while maintaining high production standards.
  • Stay updated on trending formats, sounds, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements
  • Proven experience editing Instagram Reels, TikToks, or similar short-form content (portfolio required).
  • Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent editing tools.
  • Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and pacing.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, AI tools, or animated text overlays.
