Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced engineering leader to drive our engineering department towards achieving its business objectives and ensuring compliance with all organizational regulations, policies, and rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate resources for virtual assessment of designs and compare results to performance requirements using computer aided engineering software.
  • Supervise multiple project teams with the support of senior engineers and other designated team members.
  • Effectively manage and allocate resources for projects.
  • Document the quality checking process through report generation.
  • Analyze accidents and incidents within the area of responsibility.
  • Provide technical guidance to multiple project teams.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients on project execution.
  • Prepare schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts for engineering activities.
  • Perform finite element analysis, prototype testing, and product design optimization using computer aided engineering software.
  • Maintain records of all activities and results in the engineering project database.
  • Communicate with team members and customers on project-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • A deep understanding of project management concepts (scheduling jobs, estimating job times, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in handling multiple computer aided engineering software.
  • The ability to lead a project from concept to final completion.
  • An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative approach for generating new ideas.
