About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our growth marketing efforts as a Head of Growth.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Owning customer acquisition channels, including paid media, digital marketing, email, SMS, and push, while optimizing for maximum performance.
  • Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize efficiency and scale.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a mix of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of specialists in paid media, retention, and analytics.
  • Partnering with content, creative, and product teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
  • Staying ahead of emerging trends and new tools in e-commerce growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing.
  • Strong expertise in paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
About You

You will be a natural leader with a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and LTV/CAC modeling.
