The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the sourcing operations. The successful candidate will have 7-8 years professional experience with a Denim Supplier or Liaison Office in Pakistan.

Job Summary

This position involves developing and implementing sourcing strategies that meet or exceed company objectives and achieve cost effectiveness, driving growth and timely delivery of products. Fostering strong & effective relationship with all vendors to achieve the desired outcomes in all key performance indicators.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Developing & implementation of sourcing strategies that meet or exceed company objectives and achieve cost effectiveness, driving growth and timely delivery of products.
  2. Lead & manage the sourcing operations to ensure successful execution of product programs.
  3. Fostering strong & effective relationship with all vendors to achieve the desired outcomes in all key performance indicators.
  4. Developing short- & long-term sourcing strategies for RTM to support the brand strategy & the business needs.
  5. Aiding sustainability team in maintaining global Sustainability goals, including Worker Well Being & Fair Labor Practices as well as Product related certifications (all international partner organizations) & Process Optimization controls.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Textile.

Experience:

7-8 years professional experience with a Denim Supplier or Liaison Office in Pakistan.

Functional Competencies:

  • Strong data analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and lead people.
  • Quick to learn with high level of initiative.
