About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. This role requires expertise in 360-degree recruitment, data management, reporting & analysis, and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition, and delivering insightful recruitment analytics to support strategic HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding) for multiple roles across the organization.

·Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

·Utilize multiple platforms (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to attract top talent.

·Maintain and manage recruitment databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

·Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports to track performance and hiring metrics.

·Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

·Lead and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring performance targets are met.

·Coordinate with HR operations for smooth onboarding and orientation of selected candidates.

·Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in all recruitment activities.

Requirements:

·Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment-focused HR role.

·Proven experience in 360-degree recruitment (end-to-end hiring process).

·Strong skills in data management, reporting, and analysis.

·Experience in managing and leading recruitment teams.

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

·Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.

·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

·Experience in BPO, IT, or large-scale hiring environments.

·Knowledge of modern recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and employer branding.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
