Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support supply management and operational efficiency in our ride-hailing business through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate with network managers to facilitate effective communication and drive mutual growth.
  3. Optimize driver supply and coverage by establishing strong local partnerships and implementing retention initiatives.
  4. Monitor daily operations, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  5. Analyze performance metrics and contribute to data-driven initiatives, informing strategic decisions that drive business growth.
  6. Collaborate with teams to design solutions, improving the overall user experience.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal best practices, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  8. Support the operations team in driving continuous improvement, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant work experience in operations, preferably in ride-hailing, mobility, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on operational optimization, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with a drive for continuous learning and professional development.
