Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Media Ambassador to help us engage with our audience across multiple platforms.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone passionate about social media and interested in gaining experience in digital marketing, non-profit communications, and community engagement while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Content Management
  2. Developing and executing digital content strategies in line with our mission.
  3. Creating engaging content to promote our programs, events, and initiatives.
  4. Scheduling and posting content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
  5. Keeping social media profiles updated with consistent, positive messaging.
  6. Designing and producing digital content such as graphics, photos, and videos.
  1. Community Engagement
  2. Responding promptly and respectfully to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  3. Fostering discussions and building a sense of community among followers.
  4. Managing any issues or crises that may arise on our platforms.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  2. Tracking key metrics such as engagement, reach, and followers using analytics tools.
  3. Continuously evaluating and adjusting our digital strategies based on data insights.
  4. Reporting digital performance to the team on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable about major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • A creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and design.
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Familiar with design tools like Canva or Photoshop (a plus).
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred.
Benefits:
