Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to lead our product sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative product development and strategic partnerships.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop new products, and launch them in the market.

You will also be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop new products
  • Launch new products in the market and ensure timely delivery to meet customer demands
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar capacity
  • Strong communication and selling skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Confidence and people management abilities, with the ability to lead a team and make strategic decisions

Experience in information technology is beneficial but not required. We encourage candidates with a passion for innovation and a desire to excel in a dynamic environment to apply.
