Product Development Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Product Development Manager to drive the development and delivery of our products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements and define product vision.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain comprehensive product plans that align with business objectives, including roadmaps, quarterly, and sprint planning.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of product status.
  3. Develop and deliver clear and concise product demos to internal and external audiences, highlighting product features and functionalities.
  4. Manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of products.
  5. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  6. Foster cross-functional collaboration through regular meetings and open communication channels.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation and backlog.
  8. Gather and analyze market and competitive research to inform product development decisions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  3. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
