Job Description:

As a Specialist Customer Sales and Support professional, your primary goal is to effectively communicate with customers and prospects, fostering strong relationships that drive sales growth. You will play a crucial role in promoting our services, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Understand our service offerings, competition, unique selling propositions, and target market to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Identify potential customers/prospects and engage them through suitable channels, ensuring effective lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer/prospect queries, providing solutions or referrals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales performance, and market feedback.
  • Provide regular market insights and reports to senior management, informing business decisions and driving strategy.
  • Comply with our company's quality, security, and business policies and processes at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of solid experience in selling services in Pakistan or an international market.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-organization skills.
