This Client Representative role may be the perfect fit for you As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing communication and scheduling between clients and skilled Visa Experts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and Visa Experts
- Schedule consultations and appointments to meet client needs and availability
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the immigration process
- Communicate effectively with advisors and ensure they are well-prepared for meetings with clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and ensure timely service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., customer service)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage conflicting priorities
- Basic understanding of skilled immigration processes and requirements is desirable
