About the Role

Eon is seeking a skilled data visualization professional to join its analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create insightful and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions.
  • Optimize and maintain existing Tableau dashboards to improve performance and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand reporting needs.
  • Implement Tableau Cloud solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis using SQL or other tools to support dashboard development.
  • Automate and schedule Tableau reports as needed.
  • Maintain documentation related to dashboards, data sources, and definitions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a healthcare, SaaS, or financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.
  • Understanding of data security and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
