Job Title: International Recruitment Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced international recruitment manager to oversee our global recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and human resources management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from around the world.
  2. Collaborate with overseas agents to streamline the application process and maintain positive relationships.
  3. Maintain accurate records of overseas reference documents and provide expert advice on candidate qualifications.
  4. Communicate effectively with potential clients, providing detailed information on salary packages, allowances, taxes, accommodation and travel arrangements.
  5. Provide guidance and support to line managers and departmental heads on recruitment matters.
  6. Collaborate with managers to develop effective recruitment and selection strategies.
  7. Compile job descriptions and person specifications that meet business needs.
  8. Write compelling job advertisements and identify the most effective advertising channels.
  9. Design or revise application forms to enhance the candidate experience.
  10. Prepare other recruitment materials as required, such as brochures and further particulars.
  11. Develop and implement innovative recruitment solutions to address specific recruitment challenges.
  12. Shortlist suitable candidates and devise appropriate selection processes.
  13. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with current employment legislation.
  14. Manage selection centres for graduate recruitment and more senior vacancies.
  15. Train staff on interviewing techniques and the role of assessors at selection centres.
  16. Collaborate in developing plans to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to organisational restructuring.
  17. Assist in implementing redundancy programmes.
