Job Description

The Professional Learning Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery and management of ongoing professional learning initiatives. This includes coordinating the planning and delivery of training initiatives across departments, maintaining records of employee participation and progress, and working with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules.

Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role. A strong understanding of training frameworks and principles is preferred.
