Production Supervisor Role Overview

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process in a garment factory setting. Your primary goal is to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.

This involves supervising stitching operators and line leaders, developing optimal machine workflows, and setting production targets. You will also be responsible for conducting regular team meetings to discuss progress and performance.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining production levels and ensuring that products meet customer requirements. This requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with your team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of stitching operators and line leaders

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the garment industry
  • Skills:
