Industrial Chemical Sales Officer

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as a Sales Officer for Paint & Packaging Chemicals.

This role involves promoting and selling industrial chemicals used in paints and packaging, conducting client visits, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers in the paint and packaging industry through market research and business development initiatives.
  • Promote and sell paint & packaging chemicals by understanding client needs and recommending suitable products based on product features and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial clients through regular communication and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and enhance sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: DAE Mechanical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided to develop sales and marketing skills.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
    • Basic knowledge of industrial chemicals, paint formulations, and packaging materials to provide expert advice and recommendations.
    • Ability to conduct client visits and provide technical support to resolve customer queries and concerns.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented approach to achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.
