Admissions Manager Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Admissions Manager to lead our student recruitment efforts for ACCA and CA programs. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire admissions process, develop effective student recruitment strategies, and collaborate with marketing and academic departments to promote our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admissions Process Optimization: Oversee and optimize the entire admissions cycle to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Student Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies to enhance outreach and engagement.
  • Proactive Engagement: Engage proactively with prospective students and provide accurate program guidance to support informed decision-making.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise the admissions team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Campus Tours and Events: Conduct campus tours, webinars, and informational sessions to showcase our programs and build relationships with prospective students.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating promotional content and admissions materials to support recruitment efforts.
  • Student Support: Respond to student inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to support a student-focused admissions experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, preferably with ACCA/CA or other professional education programs.
  • A strong understanding of ICAP/ACCA frameworks and the accountancy education landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A demonstrated results-driven and student-centered mindset.
