We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager IT to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and has excellent leadership skills.
About the JobThis role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT department, ensuring that all systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, implementing new technologies, and providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to staff and stakeholders;
- Maintaining and upgrading existing IT systems;
- Implementing new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity;
- Leading and motivating a team of IT professionals to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010, Windows 7, Windows 10, Google Workspace Administration, and Microsoft Office 365 Administration;
- Experience with Server 2003, Server 2008, and WinNT;
- Good time management and organizational skills;
- Able to work under stress to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks;
- Ability to work independently;
- Good leadership and administrative skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and spoken communication and management skills.
