Graduate Trainee Program Overview

The Graduate Trainee Program is a comprehensive training initiative designed to equip fresh graduates with hands-on experience, mentoring, and structured learning opportunities. This program aims to provide participants with a solid foundation in various functions, allowing them to develop essential skills and contribute meaningfully to the organization.

Program Structure

  • The program duration is 6 months, providing ample time for trainees to absorb knowledge and gain practical experience.
  • Trainees will be assigned to various departments, where they will work on key projects and contribute to organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to departmental and organizational projects by applying analytical and problem-solving skills.

  4. Collaborate with stakeholder teams to ensure project completion.
  5. Develop a comprehensive understanding of emerging trends in banking, digitization, IT, finance, compliance, and internal audit standards.

Individual Development Plan

  1. Participate in workshops, training programs, and e-learning modules tailored for skill enhancement.
  2. Collaborate with mentors and team leaders to develop personal and professional goals.

Performance Monitoring

  1. Regularly report progress on assigned tasks and projects to supervisors.
  2. Actively seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Demonstrating Initiative

  1. Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Work Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of professional experience.
