Job Title: Sales Team Lead

A successful Sales Team Lead will be responsible for achieving targets even in challenging market conditions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between retail shops and Head Office teams.

  • Motivate and lead a team of approximately 50 sales associates across various retail locations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with retail shop managers and employees to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Travel extensively throughout the region to support sales efforts and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a team leader or manager in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
