Job Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining and updating financial records, processing invoices and client billing, performing bank verifications and reconciliations, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing basic financial and management reports, and experience in a co-working space is a plus.

This role requires strong reporting skills, ability to perform bank reconciliation, handling of accounts payments, vendor finance management, and transaction operations handling.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or ACCA/CA part qualified and at least 2 years of experience in a related field. Exposure to SAP & ERP is preferred.

  • Process invoices and client billing in a timely manner.
  • Perform bank verifications and reconciliations regularly.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable effectively.
  • Prepare basic financial and management reports as required.
