Job Summary:
- This is a dynamic and result-oriented role that requires leading a sales team focused on revenue growth and market expansion.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive new business opportunities in key market segments.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, contract negotiation, onboarding & retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, enterprises, eCommerce merchants, and financial institutions.
- Leverage industry insights and best practices to sell cross-border payment solutions, and commercial card services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and acquire new business clients to expand our portfolio in Pakistan.
- Develop customised proposals and solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer pain points.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in fintech, payments, FX, or banking.
- Proven record of managing a high-paced sales team.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, treasury management, and commercial cards.
- Experience in pitching and closing deals with B2B, small, medium, and enterprise clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
