Job Title: Assistant Manager - Quality Excellence

\

The role of the Assistant Manager - Quality Excellence is to implement and maintain a Quality Management System that meets the ISO 9001:2008 Standard requirements. This involves ensuring that all procedures and processes are in place, documented, and followed by all staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Director in preparing Self Assessment Reports, highlighting areas of strength and weakness in the Quality Management System.\
  • To conduct Entry, Mid, and End point surveys to gather data on the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.\
  • To support the Director in preparing Quarterly Progress Reports for senior management, detailing achievements and areas for improvement.\
  • To supervise and train data analysts in quality management tasks, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.\
  • To provide advisory services to all departments on Project Excellence 2010, helping them to understand and implement quality management principles.\
  • To train staff members on the Quality system and tools, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.\
  • To provide reference services to new employees, helping them to understand the organization's quality management policies and procedures.\
  • To manage the Quality Manual and Six Mandatory procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with the ISO 9001:2008 Standard requirements.\
  • To ensure the implementation of the Control of documents and Records procedure, maintaining accurate and reliable records of all quality management activities.\
  • Candidates with expertise in Quality Management Processes, knowledge of statistical techniques applications, and good computer application skills will be preferred.\
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and writing skills are essential for this role.\
  • Practical experience with Quality Management Systems, tools, and standards is required, including familiarity with ISO 9001 and Six Sigma implementation techniques.\
