Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementing of Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2008 Standard requirements.
  • Support Director QEC in preparation of Self Assessment Reports.
  • Arrangements of Entry, Mid and End point surveys and data entry of these forms.
  • Support Director in preparation of Quarterly Progress Report for Higher Education Commission.
  • Supervise data analyst in day to day activities regarding quality management.
  • Assist and provide consultancy to all departments regarding Project Excellence 2010.
  • Provide training to other staff members on Quality system and tools.
  • Provide advisory and reference services to new employees.
  • Manage Quality Manual and Six Mandatory procedures.
  • Ensure the implementation of Control of documents and Records procedure.
Job Specification
  • Candidates having expertise in Quality Management Processes, knowledge of applications of statistical techniques, and good command on computer applications will be given preference.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and writing skills are prerequisite.
  • Practical experience with Quality Management Systems, tools, and standards. Should be familiar with ISO 9001 and Six Sigma implementation techniques.
