Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at CorTechSols. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, developing effective strategies to drive business growth, and enhancing our market presence.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and key partnerships.
  3. Foster Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
  4. Monitor Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and generate reports for management.
  5. Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Lead and Motivate Sales Teams: Manage and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and achieve goals.
Marketing Objectives:
  1. Design and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
  2. Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  3. Develop Brand Positioning: Develop brand positioning and awareness strategies to enhance the company's market presence.
  4. Oversee Content Creation: Oversee content creation, social media strategies, and promotional activities.
  5. Align Marketing Strategies: Coordinate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  6. Manage Advertising Budgets: Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
