Job Title: Global Mobility Expert

Mobility specialists play a crucial role in ensuring seamless employee transitions across borders, adhering to local laws and regulations.

This role supports the mobility team in onboarding and relocating global employees, providing comprehensive immigration and relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery
  • Monitor and control remote products and services for immigration compliance
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop in-house immigration services to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications
  • Maintain current knowledge of immigration law and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
  • Handle escalations, determine when senior review is required, and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles
  • Understanding of immigration procedures and processes involved in ensuring immigration compliance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Composure and efficiency under pressure, maintaining high performance during peak periods
