Sales Closing Expert

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 sales representatives. Your primary objective will be to motivate and guide them in closing deals.
To succeed in this position, you must have prior experience working on telecom campaigns. Additionally, you should possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to train and motivate others, and strong communication skills.
You will be expected to provide ongoing support to your team members, address any challenges they may face, and help them achieve their sales targets. A key aspect of this role is to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record of closing sales and leading teams to achieve exceptional results. They will also have the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
