
Sales Growth Expert

This role involves overseeing all aspects of business development and sales processes. Close coordination and collaboration with the Manager of Business Development is crucial to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities:- Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and interact with clients in the IT industry.
- Reach out to prospects daily to book quality meetings with the Business Development Manager.
- Identify and define client needs, articulating a value proposition and differentiating competition.
- Research social media platforms, online communities, and innovative methods to identify prospective customers.
- Work closely with the business development & sales lead for client engagements, proposal presentations, and nurturing cold opportunities.
- Prior experience with an information technology vendor is mandatory.
- Schedule visits to clients and conduct business development activities.
- Represent products and services to potential clients.
- Generate new business with existing clients through offer creation and follow-up.
- Establish new client relationships and generate new business within existing sales structures.
- Support the preparation of the annual budget and business plan, including target setting and commercial evaluation of projects.
- Contribute to business and commercial controlling for the division.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, market share gain, benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
- A strong understanding of essential sales concepts, practices, and techniques is essential.
- Responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling potential accounts, reactivating dormant accounts, and developing the existing client base.
- Maintain accurate data entry and management within the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical staff and internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Attend industry events, providing feedback on market and creative trends.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Generate leads, develop client relationships, and offer demos to convince contacts about the product.
- Promote products and services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Buid long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare a monthly sales plan.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Strong service orientation and customer focus.
- Confident personality with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a team and possess strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications.
