We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our Pre-Sales department at Meds Nexus Private Limited. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent English communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets.

  • Key responsibilities include leading sales calls, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to capture these opportunities.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, is essential in this role.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers is crucial to the success of this role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of sales management experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the US Healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales leadership.

Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP), RingCentral, Avaya/Cisco IP Phones is required. Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is highly valued.

Must-Have:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary for success in this role. International calling and communication experience are highly valued.

Salary Package:

The compensation package includes a salary range of $80k-$90k per year, along with various benefits and rewards.
