As a Social Media Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and engagement on social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to monitor social media channels, identify opportunities to interact with customers, and provide superior support and brand awareness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor social media platforms and engage with customers in a timely manner.
  • Manage existing caseloads, complete follow-up tasks, and achieve operational metrics.
  • Adhere to standard work processes and contribute to efficiency improvements.
  • Proactively identify sales leads and educate customers on product features and services.
  • Respond to customer enthusiasm posts to increase conversation and build relationships.
  • Document customer interactions effectively.
  • Provide proactive support to customers requesting assistance with product concerns or inquiries.
  • Maintain technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to defining processes that produce best-in-class social consumer care experiences.

Job Specifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service-related professions.
  • 1+ year of social platform experience.
  • Computer navigation and typing proficiency.
  • Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, marketing, business, journalism, communications, or similar concentration.
