Job Description

This role is responsible for driving volume and margin growth, as well as achieving other targets set by the region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with various levels of management.

  • Achieving volume and margin growth involves understanding the market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. This requires strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • The successful candidate will also need to be an effective business counselor to wholesalers, providing them with valuable insights and advice on how to improve their business model.

To achieve this, the candidate will need to understand the wholesalers' business model, company structure, and site-level economics. They will then use this knowledge to discuss the economic trade-offs of various business decisions and provide recommendations on how to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

The role also involves ensuring that wholesalers understand the importance of site staff in delivering customer commitment. This requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive volume and margin growth by understanding market trends and competitor activity
  • Interact effectively with various levels of management to plan, develop, and implement programs and promotions
