We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience to collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the success of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and process improvement.

The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, objectives, and processes.
  2. Conduct Information Gathering: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather relevant information.
  3. Analyze Complex Business Processes: Analyze complex business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  4. Create Clear Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
  5. Work with Development Team: Work closely with the development team to design solutions that meet business needs.
  6. Provide Insights and Recommendations: Provide insights and recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
  7. Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges.
  8. Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  9. Lead Project Planning: Lead and participate in project planning, ensuring that business requirements are accurately represented in project plans and timelines.
  10. Monitor Project Progress: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigating strategies.
  11. Collaborate with Testing Teams: Collaborate with testing teams to ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements.
  12. User Acceptance Testing: Participate in user acceptance testing and facilitate resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex and dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge about different business modeling diagrams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.

Work Arrangements:

  • 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • 1 Saturday (half-day) in a month.
