In this role, you will join a fast-paced quality assurance team dedicated to delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for testing our Motive ELD and non-ELD integrated software features.

  • Create comprehensive test plans, maintain accurate documentation, and perform thorough testing across multiple devices, platforms, and browsers
  • Plan and execute verification of features broken down into components for weekly releases.
  • Takes full ownership of all QA artifacts
  • Identifies execution gaps and owns process improvements.
  • Actively investigates ES and customer-facing issues reported for your org
  • Aid in retrospecting possible customer issues with leads
  • Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in web and mobile applications as well as ELD functions, outputs, online screens, and content
  • Take ownership of end-to-end testing
About the Role

This senior software quality assurance position requires:

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing
  • A passion for testing map-based real-time systems
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles
  • The ability to take ownership of manual testing tasks
  • Experience in both manual testing and automation
  • Ability to understand software design specifications
  • Ability to create boundary value, positive, and negative test cases
  • Basic knowledge of REST API
  • UI Automation is a plus
  • Knowledge of issue tracking tools (JIRA is preferred)
  • Knowledge of OOP, data structures, and algorithms
  • Interest in programming languages and code reviews
