Job Description:

We're seeking a talented visual content specialist to develop and execute captivating video content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their goals, target audience, and brand positioning. They will be responsible for creating comprehensive content strategies aligned with clients' objectives and target audience preferences.

To stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital and social media platforms, the candidate will conduct research and analyze key performance metrics using various analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and impactful content for various digital and social media channels, including social media posts, brand videos, and influencer marketing content ideation.
  • Create clear, concise, and compelling content ideas through a content calendar for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to develop visually appealing and innovative content series.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, social and digital media best practices, SEO best practices, and legal requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1 – 3 Years of experience in content creation, video production, or media sciences.
  • A degree in Design, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in managing smartphone camera for shoots i.e., reels and live sessions.
  • Strong skills in shooting and editing content using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
  • Solid understanding of platform-specific trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Ability to brainstorm, script, and execute video content aligned with brand goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and clients.
