Offshore EPC Project Leader Opportunity

Leading an offshore fabrication project requires expertise, leadership and excellent management skills. We are seeking a seasoned Offshore EPC Project Manager to drive our projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the daily operations of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Manage project requirements, timelines, budget, scope, vendors, procurement, and produce construction reports for stakeholders.
  • Effectively lead the project team, fostering open communication across departments.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, high HSE standards, and cost efficiency; develop contingency plans for critical delays.
  • Organize project meetings to track performance indicators.
  • Manage all internal and external project interfaces with stakeholders.
  • Track project costs to stay within budget and report progress regularly.
  • Motivate the site team to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Ensure timely, accurate reporting and proper documentation submission.
  • Conduct project closeout, including evaluations and lessons learned.
  • Promote a culture of safety and productivity, modeling company values.
  • Foster professional interactions, provide coaching, and encourage team development.
  • Participate actively in safety meetings and oversee quality and HSE programs.
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental policies, maintaining a safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 12 years of relevant offshore fabrication experience (e.g., Jackets, Topside, Boat landings, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.
